WHAT PURPOSE IS THERE TO STRUGGLES & STRIFE?

'LIGHT at the END of the TUNNEL'

::CONSIDER FROM AN ESOTERIC PERSPECTIVE::

What is a DIAMOND,

really?

A lump of coal,

buried deep...

Exposed to enormous

amounts of pressure and heat,

over a lengthy period of time...

It is only once SOMEONE

takes the time and energy,

mining for the diamond,

to bring it forth into the daylight...

But the work does not end there...

For what is uncovered is known as a 'rough diamond'...

The 'rough diamond' is then CUT and SHAPED

by a SKILFUL & CREATIVE ARTISAN,

who KNOWS just what to do

to capture & enhance the latent RADIANCE

of the 'rough diamond'...

Once the work is complete...

The JEWEL is STRATEGICALLY SET IN PLACE...

It's radiance, though alluring is a mere shadow,

of the ARTISAN'S WISDOM, FORESIGHT & CRAFTMANSHIP &

THE FORCES which impacted it in times gone by...

So you see that Mother Nature has to toil for millions of years to make a diamond. When you own a piece of diamond, you own something which is a legend in the making. It has not been made in a factory just the other day. A diamond comes from the bosom of the earth. More interestingly not all the diamonds mined are made into jewelry. Only one fourth quantity that is mined is made into jewelry. Every 100 tons of mud produces one carat of a diamond. And might I add, this one carat is not one stone! It could be anything from 0.005 ct to 1 ct..

When the expert artisan looks deeply into a cut diamond,

they will catch a glimpse

of the internal fractures and imperfections,

which (when all is said and done),

make that DIAMOND UNIQUE

in and of itself...

For in the same way, no snow flake is identical...

ALL ARE PRECIOUS in the SIGHT of the MASTER ARTISAN...

We are all HIS WORKS OF ART

GOD IS ALWAYS WORKING: BE STILL & KNOW

A) NO GOD; NO LOVE & KNOW GOD; KNOW LOVE...For GOD IS LOVE PERSONIFIED...



B) Money is: up there with oxygen, but do not LOVE it....Rather discover, then cherish & foster/nourish your GOOD gifts (everyone has them, it's a spiritual dimension of our humanity, granted by GOD's GRACE from before time immemorial)...




C) To know and not to do is not to know...
TRUE KNOWLEDGE ARISES FROM WISDOM, WISDOM IS gained most often by DEFAULT (we humans can't seem to help ourselves, we've always got to try our own way first, only when we learn our ways are futile, do we GAIN WISDOM (generally speaking)...



D) Practical sense (otherwise referred to as 'common sense' isn't all that common...quite a misnomer really...I'll call it 'uncommon sense' instead)...Frankly, I see very little difference between WISDOM and 'UNCOMMON SENSE'...for so many of us just keep making the same life choices over and over, expecting things to 'change' or 'get better'...We're all pretty silly creatures really...



E) Something else....YES (from where I stand, this IS WHAT HELPS US SURVIVE...And that something else would be, when we do not know where to turn, or what to do: Listen to GODLY INSTRUCTION i.e. 'BE STILL'

#1 Psalms 46:10 Be still, and know that I [am] God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!

#2 Psalms 4:4 Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still. Selah

#3 Mark 4:39 Then He (Christ Jesus) arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace, be still!" And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.
